All artwork available for purchase through Studio Avery Kate is sold as a reproduction print unless explicitly stated otherwise. Original physical artworks are not included in purchases.

Majority of prints are available in standard sizes of 8 × 10", 11 × 14", and 16 × 20", and only a few are offered in 12x18" and 24x36" based off of the dimensions of the original art, with custom sizing available upon request.

- 8x10" and 11x14" prints are offered solely on heavyweight felt cardstock.
- 16x20" prints can be printed on either luster gloss poster paper or archival uncoated poster paper.
- 12x18" and 24x36" prints are offered solely on luster gloss poster paper.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, and other details are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

While I make every effort to represent each artwork accurately, slight variations in color, texture, cropping, and appearance may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and paper materials.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices may vary depending on print size, paper selection, and customization requirements.

I reserve the right to adjust product pricing, availability, and offerings at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout. Studio Avery Kate does not directly store customers' complete payment card information.

Studio Avery Kate ships throughout the United States and to supported international destinations.

Orders containing 8x10", 11x14", and 12x18" prints typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders containing 16x20", 14x36" prints or larger custom prints require 5-10 business days for processing before shipment, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, package size, and available shipping services.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their destination country.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because prints are made to order, returns and exchanges for changes of mind are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, where applicable.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once printing or preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Requests for print sizes outside the standard available dimensions are considered custom orders.
